Kilroy Realty Increases Common Dividend 13.3%
May 23, 2017 4:25 PM EDTLOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) announced today that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.425 per common share payable on July 12, 2017 to stockholders of record on June 30, 2017. The dividend is equivalent to an annual rate of $1.70 per share and is a 13.3% increase from the previous annualized dividend level of $1.50 per share.
