Alere Announces Update on Form 10-K and Provides Preliminary Unaudited Financial Results

WALTHAM, Mass., May 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Alere Inc. (NYSE: ALR), a global leader in rapid diagnostic tests, today announced certain preliminary unaudited financial information for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended December 31, 2016 and the first quarter of 2017 ended March 31, 2017.
