United-Guardian Announces 20% Increase in Mid-Year Dividend
May 19, 2017 9:00 AM EDTHAUPPAUGE, N.Y., May 19, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- United-Guardian, Inc. (NASDAQ: UG) announced today that the company's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 17, 2017, declared a cash dividend of $0.42 per share, to be paid on June 12, 2017 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 30, 2017. This will be the 22nd consecutive year that the company has paid a dividend.
