Gentex Announces Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend
May 18, 2017 5:00 PM EDTZEELAND, Mich., May 18, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gentex Corporation (NASDAQ: GNTX), the Zeeland, Michigan-based manufacturer of automotive automatic-dimming rearview mirrors, automotive electronics, dimmable aircraft windows, and fire protection products, today reported that its Board of Directors approved an increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.10 (10 cents) per share, representing an increase of 11 percent over the current dividend rate. The Board subsequently declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share that will be payable July 19, 2017, to shareholders of record of the common stock at the close of business on July 6, 2017.
