Chubb Shareholders Approve 24th Consecutive Annual Dividend Increase; Board Declares Record Date for First Dividend Installment; All Other Shareholder Proposals Approved
May 18, 2017 9:51 AM EDTZURICH, May 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â The Board of Directors of Chubb Limited (NYSE: CB) announced today its shareholders have approved all matters submitted to the Chubb Limited 2017 Annual General Meeting, held at the company's offices in Zurich, Switzerland. Shareholders approved a 3% increase in the company's dividend to $2.84 per share annually ($0.71 per quarter) from $2.76 per share ($0.69 per quarter). This marks the 24th consecutive annual increase in the company's dividend.Â
