Lam Research Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend
May 12, 2017 4:05 PM EDTFREMONT, Calif., May 12, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lam Research Corporation (Nasdaq: LRCX) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share of common stock. Â On an annualized basis, this will return approximately $295 million to stockholders based on shares outstanding as of March 26, 2017. Â The dividend payment will be made June 28, 2017 to holders of record on June 7, 2017. Â Future dividend payments are subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors.
