Allison Transmission declares quarterly dividend
May 11, 2017 4:04 PM EDTINDIANAPOLIS, May 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ALSN), the world's largest manufacturer of commercial-duty fully automatic transmissions, announced today that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company's common stock for the second quarter of 2017. Payment will be made on May 26, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 22, 2017.
