Hawthorn Bancshares Announces Increased Cash Dividend and Stock Dividend
May 10, 2017 4:52 PM EDTJEFFERSON CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hawthorn Bancshares of Jefferson City, MO (NASDAQ: HWBK) announced today that its Board of Directors approved an increase in the quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share, or 16.7%, to a total of $0.07 per share, payable July 1, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2017.
