Timken Increases Quarterly Dividend 4% to 27 Cents Per Share
May 9, 2017 9:45 AM EDTNORTH CANTON, Ohio, May 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â The board of directors of The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR; www.timken.com), a global leader in bearings and mechanical power transmission products, today approved a 4% increase to the company's quarterly cash dividend, raising it to 27 cents per share. The dividend is payable on June 1, 2017, to shareholders of record as of May 19, 2017.
