Ovid Therapeutics Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
May 4, 2017 6:20 PM EDTNEW YORK, May 04, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ovid Therapeutics Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, announced today that it has priced its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $15.00 per share, for an aggregate offering of $75 million, before underwriting discounts, commissions and expenses. In addition, Ovid Therapeutics has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares of common stock at the initial offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the common stock is being offered by Ovid Therapeutics.
