Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated Announces Increased First Quarter Dividend
May 4, 2017 5:00 PM EDTFRANKLIN, Tenn., May 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated (NYSE: CHCT) today announced that its Board of Directors has increased its common stock cash dividend for the quarter ended March 31, 2017.  This dividend, in the amount of $0.39 per share, is payable on June 2, 2017 to shareholders of record on May 19, 2017. This dividend rate equates to an annualized dividend of $1.56 per share. Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated has increased its dividend every quarter since its Initial Public Offering.
