May 1, 2017 8:14 AM EDTFirst NBC Bank (Bank), the wholly-owned banking subsidiary of First NBC Bank Holding Company (Company) (NASDAQ: FNBC), was closed Friday by the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) was appointed as receiver for the Bank.
