Provident Financial Services, Inc. Announces First Quarter Earnings and Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
April 28, 2017 10:17 AM EDTISELIN, N.J., April 28, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Provident Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFS) (the Company) reported net income of $23.5 million, or $0.37 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2017, compared to net income of $21.0 million, or $0.33 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2016.
