Carvana Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
April 27, 2017 11:31 PM EDTPHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Carvana Co. (NYSE: CVNA) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 15,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $15.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 28, 2017 under the symbol CVNA. The offering is expected to close on May 3, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
Carvana has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,250,000 additional shares of Class A common stock.
