Investors Bancorp, Inc. Announces First Quarter Financial Results and Cash Dividend
April 27, 2017 6:01 PM EDTSHORT HILLS, N.J., April 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Investors Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISBC) ("Company"), the holding company for Investors Bank ("Bank"), reported net income of $46.0 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2017, compared to $52.5 million, or $0.18 per diluted share, for the three months ended December 31, 2016, and $44.7 million, or $0.14 per diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2016.
