Old National Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
April 27, 2017 4:00 PM EDTEVANSVILLE, Ind., April 27, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Old National Bancorp (the Company or Old National) (NASDAQ: ONB) today declared the Companys quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share on the Companys outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend is payable June 15, 2017, to shareholders of record on June 1, 2017. For purposes of broker trading, the ex-date of the cash dividend is May 30, 2017. Based on Old Nationals closing price of $17.20 on April 26, 2017, the quarterly dividend represents an annualized dividend yield of 3.0%.
