United Security Bancshares Declares Cash Dividend and Announces Stock Repurchase Program
April 27, 2017 12:06 PM EDTFRESNO, Calif., April 27, 2017  /PRNewswire/ -- On April 25, 2017, the Board of Directors of United Security Bancshares (the "Company")(NASDAQ: UBFO), the parent company of United Security Bank (the "Bank"), declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on May 17, 2017, to shareholders of record as of May 8, 2017. The Board of Directors also authorized the repurchase of up to $3 million of the outstanding common stock of the Company. The timing of the purchases will depend on certain factors, including but not limited to, market conditions and...
