MidSouth Bancorp, Inc. Reports First Quarter 2017 Results and Declares Quarterly Dividends
April 27, 2017 9:30 AM EDTLAFAYETTE, La., April 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- MidSouth Bancorp, Inc. ("MidSouth") (NYSE: MSL) today reported quarterly net earnings available to common shareholders of $1.7 million for the first quarter of 2017, compared to net earnings available to common shareholders of $1.9 million reported for the first quarter of 2016 and $1.4 million in net earnings available to common shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2016. Diluted earnings for the first quarter of 2017 were $0.15 per common share, compared to $0.17 per common share reported for the first quarter of 2016 and $0.12 per common share reported for the fourth quarter of 2016.
