First Quarter Highlights:
Quarterly net income of $1.4 million, or $0.07 per diluted share, compared to $826 thousand, or $0.04 per diluted share, in the prior year quarter; pre-tax earnings of $2.1 million compared to $1.1 million in the prior year quarter. Ongoing expense control with quarterly operating expenses of $16.1 million in the first quarter as compared to $16.5 million in the prior year quarter.
