Extended Stay (STAY) PT Raised to $19 at Stifel; RevPAR Acceleration for the Rest of the Year

Stifel raised its price target on Extended Stay (NYSE: STAY) to $19.00 (from $18.50) while maintaining a Buy rating following a solid Q1.

Raised guidance from the company implies acceleration for the rest of the year, analyst Simon Yarmak said.

Extended Stay America (NYSE: STAY) reported Q1 EPS of $0.15, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $291 million versus the consensus estimate of $289.91 million.
