West Marine Reports First Quarter 2017 Results
April 26, 2017 4:00 PM EDTWATSONVILLE, Calif., April 26, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- West Marine, Inc. (NASDAQ: WMAR) today reported financial results for the first quarter ended April 1, 2017. First quarter 2017 net revenues were $129.1 million, a decrease of 1.0% compared to the same period last year. Comparable store sales were flat. Pre-tax loss was $12.1 million, compared to pre-tax loss of $15.2 million last year in the same period. Loss per share was $0.29 per share compared with $0.37 per share in the same period last year.
