Southwest Bancorp, Inc. Reports Results for First Quarter 2017 and Announces Quarterly Dividend
April 25, 2017 4:30 PM EDTSTILLWATER, Okla., April 25, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Southwest Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: OKSB), (Southwest), today reported net income for the first quarter of 2017 of $5.3 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, compared to $1.9 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2016. The increase was attributable to an improved net interest margin, lower loan loss provision, and stronger noninterest income.
Southwest announced that its board of directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share payable May 19, 2017 to shareholders of record as of May 5, 2017.
