Everest Re Group (RE) PT Raised to $299 at Barclays Following 1Q
April 25, 2017 8:34 AM EDTBarclays raised its price target on Everest Re Group (NYSE: RE) to $299.00 (from $269.00) while maintaining a Equalweight rating. Everest Re reported 1Q operating EPS of $6.29, above consensus, driven by solid underwriting results, strong investment income, and a lower tax rate.
Barclays raised 2017 and 2018 EPS estimates to $22.30 and $23.00 from $20.00 and $20.00.
