Tocagen Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
April 13, 2017 8:30 AM EDTSAN DIEGO, April 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â Tocagen Inc. (Nasdaq: TOCA), a clinical-stage, cancer-selective gene therapy company, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,500,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $10.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on April 13, 2017 under the ticker symbol "TOCA." In addition, Tocagen has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,275,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price.
