Yext, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
April 12, 2017 7:46 PM EDTNEW YORK, April 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â Yext, Inc. (NYSE: YEXT), the Knowledge Engine provider, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $11.00 per share.
