Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.14 Per Share
April 12, 2017 4:15 PM EDTFORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: UVE) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock to be paid on July 3, 2017 to shareholders of record on June 14, 2017. If declared and paid as intended, the annual aggregate dividend in 2017 will be $0.56 for each common share.Â
The declaration and payment of future dividends is subject to the Board's discretion and will be dependent upon future earnings, cash flows, financial requirements, and other factors.
