Peak Resorts Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend Payment
April 5, 2017 4:15 PM EDTWILDWOOD, Mo., April 05, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Peak Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: SKIS), a leading owner and operator of high-quality, individually branded ski resorts, today announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.07 per share on its outstanding common stock. The cash dividend is payable on May 12, 2017, to common shareholders of record as of April 18, 2017.
