City Holding Company Raises Dividend on Common Shares
March 30, 2017 10:41 AM EDTCHARLESTON, W. Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- City Holding Company, the Company (NASDAQ: CHCO), a $4.0 billion bank holding company headquartered in Charleston, yesterday declared a dividend of 44 cents per common share for shareholders of record as of April 14, 2017. The dividend is payable on April 28, 2017. The dividend represents a 2.3% increase from the 43 cents per share cash dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2016.
