Mackinac Financial Corporation Declares Increased Cash Dividend on Common Stock
March 28, 2017 12:38 PM EDTMANISTIQUE, Mich., March 28, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mackinac Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: MFNC), the bank holding company for mBank (the Bank), announced the approval of a cash dividend by its Board of Directors on March 28, 2017. The Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $.12 per common share, payable April 18, 2017 to shareholders of record at April 10, 2017. The dividend is an increase of $.02 per share from the prior quarters dividend and represents a 20% increase in the annualized dividend from $.40 per share to $.48 per share.
