Cousins Properties Announces Its First Quarter 2017 Common Stock Dividend
March 20, 2017 4:15 PM EDTATLANTA, March 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties Incorporated (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per common share for the first quarter of 2017. The first quarter dividend will be payable April 13, 2017, to common shareholders of record on April 3, 2017. The $0.06 per share quarterly common dividend equates to $0.24 per share on an annualized basis. Â
