March 17, 2017 4:15 PM EDTWEST MELBOURNE, Fla., March 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â RELM Wireless Corporation (NYSE MKT: RWC), manufacturer of the BK Radio, today announced that that on March 17, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Company approved a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share of the Company's common stock, payable on April 17, 2017 to shareholders of record of RELM's common stock as of the close of business on March 31, 2017.Â
