Canada Goose Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
March 15, 2017 10:06 PM EDTTORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Canada Goose Holdings Inc. (Canada Goose or the Company) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 subordinate voting shares, including 13,691,846 subordinate voting shares to be sold by the selling shareholders, at a price to the public of C$17.00 per share. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30 day option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 subordinate voting shares from the selling shareholders.
