1ST Constitution Bancorp Declares Cash Dividend of $0.05 Per Common Share
March 17, 2017 9:15 AM EDTCRANBURY, N.J., March 17, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 1ST Constitution Bancorp (NASDAQ: FCCY), parent company of 1ST Constitution Bank, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share. The cash dividend will be paid on April 25, 2017 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 3, 2017.
