New York Mortgage Trust Declares First Quarter 2017 Common Stock Dividend of $0.20 Per Share, and Preferred Stock Dividends
March 16, 2017 4:01 PM EDTNEW YORK, March 16, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. (Nasdaq: NYMT) (the Company) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on shares of its common stock for the quarter ending March 31, 2017. The dividend will be payable on April 25, 2017 to common stockholders of record as of March 27, 2017.
