March 15, 2017 6:00 PM EDTBATON ROUGE, La., March 15, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Investar Holding Corporation ("Investar") (Nasdaq: ISTR), the holding company of Investar Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share to holders of Investar Holding Corporation common stock. The dividend is payable on April 28, 2017 to shareholders of record as of March 29, 2017.
