Stratus Properties Inc. Announces Declaration of $1.00 Per Share Special Cash Dividend; Conclusion of Board’s Review of Strategic Alternatives
March 15, 2017 8:00 AM EDTAUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Stratus Properties Inc. (NASDAQ: STRS) announced today that its Board of Directors (The Board) has declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share payable April 18, 2017 to stockholders of record on March 31, 2017. The dividend was declared after the Boards consideration of the results of the recent sale of The Oaks at Lakeway and in connection with the Boards decision to conclude its previously announced formal review of strategic alternatives.
