Ardagh Group Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
March 14, 2017 5:31 PM EDTNEW YORK, March 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Ardagh Group S.A. ("Ardagh" or "the Group") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 16,200,000 Class A common shares at a price of US$19.00 per share, for a total offering size of US$307,800,000. In addition, Ardagh has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,430,000 Class A common shares at the initial public offering price less the underwriting discount.
