March 13, 2017 9:00 AM EDTSUNRISE, Fla., March 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Federated National Holding Company (NASDAQ: FNHC), an insurance holding company, declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.08 per common share payable on June 1, 2017 to shareholders of record as of May 1, 2017 at its meeting.
