Hudson Pacific Properties Increases Common Stock Dividend by 25%
March 9, 2017 9:00 AM ESTLOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HPP) today announced that the companys Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.25 per share for the first quarter of 2017. The dividend will be paid on March 30, 2017 to stockholders of record on March 20, 2017. The dividend is equivalent to an annual rate of $1.00 per share and is a 25% increase from the previous annualized dividend level of $0.80 per share.
