First United Corporation Announces 2016 Fourth Quarter and Year End Earnings
March 8, 2017 5:22 PM ESTOAKLAND, Md., March 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- First United Corporation (NASDAQ: FUNC), a bank holding company and the parent company of First United Bank & Trust, announces that consolidated net income available to common shareholders was $5.3 million for the year ended December 31, 2016, compared to $10.3 million for 2015. Basic and diluted net income per common share for the year ended December 31, 2016 were both $.84, compared to basic and diluted net income per common share of $1.65 for 2015.
