Cabot Microelectronics Corporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend
March 7, 2017 6:00 AM ESTAurora, IL, March 07, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cabot Microelectronics Corporation (Nasdaq: CCMP), the worlds leading supplier of chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) polishing slurries and a growing CMP pad supplier to the semiconductor industry, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the company's common stock, an increase of eleven percent over the quarterly cash dividend paid since the initiation of its regular dividend program in January, 2016. The dividend will be payable on or about April 28, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 23, 2017.... More
