SpartanNash Announces 10% Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend
March 6, 2017 8:00 AM ESTGRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SpartanNash Company (the Company) (Nasdaq: SPTN) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 10% increase to its quarterly cash dividend from $0.15 per common share to $0.165 per common share. The dividend will be paid on March 31, 2017 to shareholders of record as of March 20, 2017. As of March 1, 2017 there were 37,519,304 common shares outstanding.
