Meridian Bancorp, Inc. Announces 33% Increase in Quarterly Dividend
March 2, 2017 4:15 PM ESTBOSTON, March 02, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Meridian Bancorp, Inc. (the Company) (NASDAQ: EBSB), the holding company for East Boston Savings Bank, today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per common share, an increase of $0.01 per common share or 33%, payable on April 4, 2017Â to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 21, 2017.
