March 1, 2017 8:06 AM ESTUNIONDALE, N.Y., March 01, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (the Company) (Nasdaq: FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the Bank), today announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.18 per common share, payable on March 31, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2017.
