February 28, 2017 6:21 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Gramercy Property Trust (NYSE: GPT), a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a first quarter 2017 dividend on the Companys common shares in the amount of $0.375 per share, payable on April 14, 2017 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2017.
