WashingtonFirst Bankshares Inc. Declares 14th Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend
February 28, 2017 2:10 PM ESTRESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: WFBI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of seven cents ($0.07) per share of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, payable on April 3, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 13, 2017. The dividend payout will be approximately $904 thousand on 12.9 million shares of voting and non-voting common stock. This represents the Companys 14th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
