Banc of California Announces Quarterly Common Stock Dividend
February 27, 2017 6:01 AM ESTIRVINE, Calif., Feb. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Banc of California, Inc. (NYSE: BANC), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on April 3, 2017 to stockholders of record as of March 15, 2017. Based on the trading price of $19.35 as of close of market on February 24, 2017, the cash dividend results in an annualized dividend yield of 2.69%.
