Williams Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
February 21, 2017 8:50 AM ESTTULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams (NYSE: WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.20 annualized, on the companys common stock, payable on March 27, 2017 to holders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2017.
The new amount is a 50 percent increase from Williams previous quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, paid in December 2016.
Williams has paid a common stock dividend every quarter since 1974.
