Autoliv Declares Increased Dividend

Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIVsdb), the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 60 cents per share for the second quarter 2017, an increase of 2 cents per share from the previous level.
The dividend will be payable on Thursday, June 1, 2017 to Autoliv shareholders of record on the close of business on Wednesday, May 17. The ex-date will be Monday, May 15 for holders of the common stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange and Tuesday, May 16 for holders of... More
