Cummins Inc. Declares Quarterly Common Stock Dividend
February 14, 2017 3:30 PM ESTCOLUMBUS, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) today declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of 1.025 dollars per share, payable on March 6, 2017, to shareholders of record on February 24, 2017.
